Welcome to the Affiliate Program for VILLAGE TENDERS

The Village Tenders course, formerly known as Postpartum Community Care, is the foundational program that we've been running for eight years.

The Village Tenders course is a way for doulas and midwives, in particular, to continue supporting their client-families after birth and add another revenue stream to their businesses.

Over 300+ Village Tenders have gone through this training and grown their birthwork businesses – which is good news for a group of ESSENTIAL leaders and healers who are often under-compensated and under-resourced.

We believe that postpartum village tenders who help our families and communities flourish need to experience flourishing livelihoods, too.

That’s what this course helps them do, and create.

Village Tenders teaches our birthworker professionals how to add another turn-key stream of revenue to their existing business, while also helping them offer the kind of support that newborn parents, caregivers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and everybody in our communities need.

And that just makes plain business sense because it's actually way easier to keep existing clients and sell them new things than it is to constantly be looking for new clients, which is one of the most significant business challenges that midwives and doulas face.

We believe that postpartum village tenders who help our families and communities flourish need to experience flourishing livelihoods, too.

The Community Supported Postpartum model feels like a much needed balm for a culture that places undue value on individualism and consumerism that can leave new mothers feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Drawing on the wisdom of others in the community and creating a intergenerational group for parents and babies to gather, share, and create feels essential in creating true community. I have so appreciated this training and it's offerings. I am completely inspired to bring what I have learned here into my own community and now I feel confident that I have the tools to do so successfully!

I believe in a world where new parents are resourced, rested and wrapped in community care.
Because when families flourish, communities flourish.

The Village Tenders course has supported hundreds of folks around the world to create a sustainable model of community care in their birthwork or postpartum care services, without re-inventing the wheel.
